West Kendall is one of the fastest growing residential and business communities in Miami-Dade County.  As of the 2000 census, West Kendall had become home to over 235,000 people.  As of 2005, our community had over 4900 businesses with over 41,000 employees.  Truly an entrepreneurial and small business environment, 74% of our businesses had 4 or less employees, 12% had 5 - 9 employees and 7% had 10 – 19 employees.
